Palmetto Metabolic Telehealth LLC, incorporated South Carolina, offers specialized healthcare services. Please be aware that all services performed are permanent non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a notice of at least 48 hours is required; otherwise, a cancellation fee of up to 20% will be applied to amount paid. If proper notice is not provided, the booking amount may be forfeited.
